- Become a Licensed Property and Casualty Agent with the Texas Department of Insurance.
- Refer a prospect to our agency for a quote on their personal or commercial insurance. (Contact information and Line of Business they’re interested in)
- We handle everything else from there – advising, quoting, presenting, issuing, servicing the client and policy.
- You get paid 75% of the 1st year commission for the referral.
- Whatever revenue we receive as commission, we pay you 75% of that. The industry average for a licensed referral is 25-35% and we don’t want to be average! 🙂
- For example, Joe and Susie Williams end up moving their personal insurance to us and the commission is $750. (total commission of $750 x 75% = $562.50).
- You would be paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor with no quotas and no minimum production requirements
We see this as a way for someone to enter the insurance industry without having to be an expert from day one. You can leverage your relationships to help others work with a 5-Star Rated Independent Insurance Agency.
What we believe:
- We do insurance right, or we don’t do it at all. We are not going to bend the rules. We will focus on doing what is best for the client, 100% of the time.
- We can advise clients on what is best for them, even if it is recommending them to stay with their current agent/company.
- Win/Win mentality. We only want to work on deals if it’s a win/win for all parties involved. Clients win when they get better coverage at a lower price and we win by earning a commission and getting to meet new people.
